Besides отсутсвия a legal protection and state support there is a strong discrimination in a society, not allowing transsexuals and transgenders to the full to realise the constitutional and universal rights. However, not all so is bad - we together and we struggle, we protect ourselves, and also we co-operate with other organisations on protection of human rights and struggle against discrimination of transgenders and sexual minorities. In this section we will place the information on spent actions and legal activity on protection of the rights of transsexuals and transgenders, and also world experience and the fact-finding information on similar actions in the past.
